Professional Profile
Tracy Peterkin is the President and Owner of TJ & Associates. She brings over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience in manufacturing and consulting organizations. Tracy graduated from Purdue University in 1986 with a degree in Organizational Leadership/Supervision. Prior to joining TJ & Associates in 2003 as an HR Consultant, she worked for The Quaker Oats Company and Solvay Chemicals (formerly Solvay Interox).
Tracy has been certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2003. Areas of strength include HR consulting, recruiting, training and employee relations. Tracy is on the Board of the Southwest Washington Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Vancouver Professional Network, Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the Nonprofit Network of SW WA.
