What skills and experience can you bring to the Realvest team?

  • Four-year degree in business, management, real estate or other associated field or combination of education and applicable work experience.
  • Leadership experience with multiple direct reports. You enjoy coaching and developing your team.
  • Property management background with direct experience in apartment communities; multi-family construction development experience is very helpful.
  • Certified Property Manager® designation or CPM candidate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a sense of humor is a plus!
  • You thrive in a varied work environment and view each new project as an opportunity to learn and grow.
  • Exceptional business writing skills.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, and complete work accurately.
  • Approachable and friendly; develops and maintains positive working relationships.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to address and resolve resident needs in a mutually beneficial manner whenever possible.
  • Cheerfully and calmly handles interruptions and competing priorities; flexible; adapts well to changing needs.
  • Capable using MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of planning, property valuation, budgeting and goal setting is desirable.
  • OR and/or WA real estate license is ideal– but not required.
